About the Illustrator
Karen V. Penn, a native of the Boston area, is a wife, mother, grandmother and educator. She has been nurturing her love of Art and creativity for more than 30 years.
Currently, Karen is a student at Massachusetts College of Art where she is earning her degree in Art Education. This will enable her to fulfill her life's dream of combining her love for Art with her passion for children. Her accomplishments include teaching children in Brockton Public Schools and adults at Roxbury Community College.
